Launch QWFIX Enterprise Manager, find "Repository Explorer" panel, and use mouse to right click on the "FIXEngine" node. Then click "New FIX Engine" menu item.
A dialog will pop up asking for the name of the FIX engine. Note the name must not conflict with the names of the existing FIX engines. Also the name must follow the naming convention.
After a valid name is specified, a FIX engine editor will be open in the document area so that user can modify the settings of the new FIX engine.
