A FIX session is a communication channel that exchanges FIX messages between two applications.
In QWFIX system, a FIX session is always associated with a Scheduler. For more information about Scheduler, please refer to Working With FIX Scheduler. The FIX engines automatically control the start and stop of FIX session based on the interval information configured in Scheduler.
Visual Lambda modules can be used as message filter in FIX sessions. For more information about Visual Lambda, please refer to Working With FIX Visual Lambda.
