Windows Layout Manager
QWFIX RTAnalyzer includes advanced docking window manager with visual feedback. As you drag a tool window across a frame where it can be docked, a guide diamond appears. The four arrows of the diamond point toward the edges of the enclosing frame. Whenever the window you are dragging reaches a position where it can be docked, the arrow that points toward the edge where it can be fastened darkens.

"Shift" Key and Docking
When you are dragging a window to the edge of the main window, pressing the "Shift" key may give you an alternative docking layout by changing the position of the docking indicator on that edge.
As a rule of thumb, whenever you don't like the default docking position the docking manager gives you, press the "Shift" key to see if a better location is suggested.
The reason of the introduction of the "Shift" key is because the docking component we used (DockPanel Suite) sometimes doesn't give all possible docking positions. We hope it will be improved in the future release.
The QWFIX RTAnalyzer uses docking manager to manage child panels and windows. All system panels can be found under "View" menu item in main menu.
Use can turn individual panel on and off by clicking the name of the panel under the "View" menu item.
It is recommended to turn on all system panels. The screen shot below is the recommended layout of the QWFIX RTAnalyzer.

Profile Panel
Profile panel displays the FIX engines and all related items (such as FIX messages, orders, log/alerts, performance charts) currently managed by RTAnalyzer.
Property Panel
Property panel display the details about the items slected in other panels. For example, if the user highlights a FIX message in the message viewer grid, the details about the message (the fields and values) will be displayed in the property panel.
Property panel is very important tool in RTAnalyzer and should be visible all the time.
Visual Lambda Panel
Visual Lambda panel allows user to view the Visual Lambda modules stored in the repository.
QWRTAnalyzer also maintains a local private Visual Lambda store. User can manage local private Visual Lambda modules (add/remove/edit) using the Visual Lambda panel.
Output Panel
